Your use of this website is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) and you agree to use this website in accordance with and subject to these Terms. The Terms as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you (hereinafter “you”, “your”, “passenger(s)”, “user”) and ZanteTaxi4U (hereinafter “ZanteTaxi4U”, “zantetaxi4u.com”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “website”). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use this website. By accessing any part of the ZanteTaxi4U website (zantetaxi4u.com), you consent to be bound by these Terms.
ZanteTaxi4U provides to you the online booking platform for pre-booked taxi and mini bus transfers in the island of Zakynthos. ZanteTaxi4U also does the handling of your reservation each time you place an order on our website. In these booking conditions references to “you” and “your” and ‘passenger(s)’ include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.
ZanteTaxi4U provides you the transfer in the island of Zakynthos. We do own the transfers vehicles. We do not charge a service fee for each reservation you do on our website, we only charge the cost for the transfer that is provided.
ZanteTaxi4U registered office is at Agiou Thefilou 3 in Zakynthos town 29100, Zakynthos, Greece. Our company registration number is 11122.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any booking, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations and you will be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with ZanteTaxi4U and to all members of your party. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time.
By ordering any service from our website, you are entering into a contract with ZanteTaxi4U for the provision of the actual transport service. You agree to be legally bound by our Terms and Conditions as they apply to your order. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions then in that case you may not place an order via our website.
To place an order you must follow the ordering procedures set out on the order page of our website. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of your transportation.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a Supplier (taxi and/or mini bus) to every booking request. In the event that we are unable to allocate your booking request to a supplier, we will send an email to advise you of that fact. An alternative may be offered which may include additional charges. If your order is allocated, we will acknowledge your booking and issue a booking voucher to the e-mail address you have given us on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled on the date set out in the booking voucher.
You confirm that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering the service are correct. In case of online payment, you confirm that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the service. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with the service. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and we will not perform the service.

Ater you complete the booking process on our website, a voucher will be produced. Only one voucher is produced for the entire booking, and also covers any return transfers booked. The voucher contains your journey details, our contact details and your unique booking number. It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking on the voucher prior to travel and inform us if there are any errors. You must present this to the taxi or mini bus driver at the start of your journey.
3. Prices and Payment
Important Info: Errors in advertised and/or confirmed prices might occur. Therefore, we strongly advise you to check the price of your chosen transfers at the time of booking.
Details of the prices for our transfers and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our website. The applicable price of any Zante Taxi or Zante Mini Bus service is the price displayed on our website at the date and time of your order. The price of any service on our website may change before you place an order. We try to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. In accepting these Terms and Conditions once the price of the service is confirmed, you waive your right to have the service fare calculated on a taximeter or a mini bus meter.
We will inform you if a service’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Zante Taxi or Zante Mini Bus service at the correct price. If an online payment was made and you cancel the order, you will receive a refund of all money you have paid.
In case of no prepayment, you must pay by cash on arrival. In case of online payment, you must pay by credit or debit card at the time of order as set out on the order page of our website. The cards we accept are set out on the order page of our website. Card issuers charge us a handling fee and we will NOT pass this on to you where you make payment using a credit/debit card.
Prices quoted are per vehicle. The maximum occupancy per Zante Taxi is 4 persons. The maximum occupancy per Mini Bus is 13 persons.
4. Special Requests
If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the driver; however we cannot guarantee that special requests will be met and we will have no liability to you if we cannot meet your requests.
5. Changes and Cancellations by you
You may cancel your booking at any time via e-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that a request for cancellation will only be accepted by email, should the Lead Passenger request the cancellation. The cancellation is free of charge 24 hours prior your transfer. If you need to change or cancel your transfer last minute due to the Coronavirus situation, please contact our Customer Service and we will review your request.
6. Changes and Cancellations by ZanteTaxi4U
We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if our drivers inform us that they need to make a significant change to your confirmed services or to cancel them. We will also use all reasonable efforts to find alternative suitable transfer services for you at no extra cost, but we will have no further liability to you.
7. ZanteTaxi4U Responsibility
ZanteTaxi4U facilitates the processing and booking for Zante transfers and the handling of your transfer order for pre booked taxi and mini bus transfers in the island of Zakynthos. We do own the transfers vehicles. The contract for the provision of the actual transport service is between you and ZanteTaxi4U. As such, we accept responsibility for the actual provision of transport services. Our responsibilities include also the publishing information on our website about the services we supply; passing on reservation information to our drivers and informing you of any enforced changes to the Terms of your booking.
8. Force Majeure
Force majeure means that will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change any Service because of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, but are not limited to, accidents and related delays, unplanned marches, demonstrations and organized disruption, police operations, unforeseen road hazards, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other similar events outside our control.
9. Your Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to travel with the booking voucher which lists the transfer’s pickup instructions and all of the relevant local contact numbers in the event of an emergency and local office reconfirmation hours and contact number. ZanteTaxi4U will not accept any responsibility for any loss of service or other loss should you not travel with your booking voucher.
If your flight is diverted, we recommend that you contact our 24-hour helpline as soon as possible as we may be able to assist you in finding alternative transfer arrangements. Please note will not be liable to pay for such alternative arrangements. Subject to their Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of the airline to transport you to your original destination airport.
10. Your Age and Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into these Terms and Conditions and to use this website in accordance with the Terms and booking conditions herein.
11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
ZanteTaxi4U makes no warranty that our website is free from infection by viruses. To the extent permitted by law, ZanteTaxi4U will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or exemplary damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of data, goodwill or profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from your use of or inability to use the website or any content of the website. These limitations are fundamental Terms of this agreement and the website would not be provided to you without such limitations. The website may contain links to other Internet websites, either directly or through frames and, where possible, we will make clear where such links are being made. Those websites are provided by independent third parties and ZanteTaxi4U is not responsible for their availability or content.
If you face a problem with your transfer service, please call us using the number given to you on your booking voucher, and we will immediately respond to investigate the matter with our driver on your behalf and put things right. You need to notify us within 28 days of your return journey. Complaints received after this time period will not be accepted.
Complaints arising from failure to follow our Terms and Conditions, such as not travelling with your booking voucher, non-reconfirmation of taxi transfer and incorrect information will not be considered.
In the event of being unable to find the ZanteTaxi4U driver, we ask you to call us directly at the telephone number found on your booking confirmation. Failure to do this may result in any eventual claim being invalid.
If you have any service issues upon your return, in relation to services booked through either ZanteTaxi4U, you should direct them to us via email at email@example.com. We will contact our driver and will do our best to resolve all service issues within 28 days of notification.
If you wish to rely on any variations to these Terms and Conditions, you should ensure that such variations are agreed with us in writing as soon as possible.
We may transfer or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions at any time.
We may alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of our website will be governed by the new version. You must check the Terms and Conditions on the website regularly. The Terms governing the purchase of any service will be the Terms in place at the time of your order.
If any provision or term of these Terms and Conditions shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be deleted but all other terms will remain valid.
Our Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by the laws of Greece, and in the event of any dispute under our contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
